We don’t settle for any old wood. Every Deer Jimmy’s® chip comes from genuine barrels used by world-class distilleries — barrels that once aged bold whiskies, rich rums, and deep, complex cognacs.

Before they end up in your bottle, each barrel is stripped of its outer layers using high-pressure sandblasting. Then we carefully sand and refine the wood to preserve its rich oak heart. Finally, we crush and triple-sift the chips — keeping only the finest cuts worthy of infusing your spirit.

No additives. No shortcuts. Just pure, barrel-aged character ready to transform your drink.

How long do I have to wait before I can drink it?

That depends — are you a wild impatient cowboy, or a flavour-hunting legend?

You’ll taste experience little change in 5 days, but give it 4 to 6 weeks and your patience will be rewarded with deep, barrel-aged glory or keep it cool for months and enjoy the hell out of it.

But if you're in the mood to start from scratch, grab a blank canvas—vodka, genever, tequila. Pour it slow. Let it slide over the oak, touching every chip like it means it. This is no ordinary mix—it’s foreplay for flavour. The spirit teases the wood, and the wait begins. Something dark, smooth, and dangerously good is on its way.

Now, close the bottle and tuck it away—somewhere dark, cool, and private. The real magic doesn’t happen in minutes... it takes time. At least 4 to 6 weeks of slow, silent transformation. Every day, your spirit deepens—richer color, bolder aroma, seductively smooth taste.

But here’s the question: can you handle the wait? Can you resist temptation for months… maybe even a year? Because the longer you wait, the more intense the reward. Patience isn’t just a virtue—it’s an aphrodisiac.
