We don’t settle for any old wood. Every Deer Jimmy’s® chip comes from genuine barrels used by world-class distilleries — barrels that once aged bold whiskies, rich rums, and deep, complex cognacs.

Before they end up in your bottle, each barrel is stripped of its outer layers using high-pressure sandblasting. Then we carefully sand and refine the wood to preserve its rich oak heart. Finally, we crush and triple-sift the chips — keeping only the finest cuts worthy of infusing your spirit.

How does it work?

STEP 1

Already got a drink you love? Great—now make it legendary. Add your favourite whisky, rum, gin, or go off-script with something unexpected. Our oak chips add depth, character, and a whisper of aged mystery to anything you dare to upgrade.

But if you're in the mood to start from scratch, grab a blank canvas—vodka, genever, tequila. Pour it slow. Let it slide over the oak, touching every chip like it means it.
