We don’t settle for any old wood. Every Deer Jimmy’s® chip comes from genuine barrels used by world-class distilleries — barrels that once aged bold whiskies, rich rums, and deep, complex cognacs.

Before they end up in your bottle, each barrel is stripped of its outer layers using high-pressure sandblasting. Then we carefully sand and refine the wood to preserve its rich oak heart. Finally, we crush and triple-sift the chips — keeping only the finest cuts worthy of infusing your spirit.

How long do I have to wait before I can drink it?

That depends — are you a wild impatient cowboy, or a flavour-hunting legend?

You’ll taste experience little change in 5 days, but give it 4 to 6 weeks and your patience will be rewarded with deep, barrel-aged glory or keep it cool for months and enjoy the hell out of it.
